I was very happy with my vehicle purchase from Chippewa Valley Mazda. I traveled to the cities thinking I'd have more selection and better deals. However, Bryce was great to work with, and I found exactly what I was looking for in my price range. He helped walk me through the entire process and was patient with my questions and concerns. Also, Kyle was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful in explaining financing, breaking everything down for me so I was confident and comfortable with my purchase.
I appreciated the prompt response at the dealership from sales, from parts, and from finance. Bryce did an excellent job answering my questions and giving me all the options available. I also spent some time with Cody last year. Again an excellent experience. However he was not in the day I made the decision to buy. Overall, a great experience!

Great Experience from Start to Finish. Loved the live feed of the tech checking out the vehicle to interior, detail recs.
All the people I worked with were kind and communicated well. It did however take over a month to get in for service, which seemed long and forgotten about. Darren did an awesome job working on my truck and explaining what he was doing along the process.
