I had a delightful experience. From the door being opened for me to an hour long q&a session. I visited to continue my car research, one can only learn so much online. My questions were answered honestly. More important, I did not suffer from qualifying questions or pressure tactics. My representative and I set a 'next-step' agenda (I want to text drive 3 vehicles). Yes, I said 'my representative.' I feel I have a person who will help me through the sales process. I had my Q5 in for oil change and to put on new rims on snow tires. Personnel always are welcoming and accommodating. mechanic found a leak in my coolant system and service manager will contact me when parts are in for replacement and repair.

Even an oil filter was not easy to find, but the work was done. They have also promised to try to find a replacement for a failed window crank, which may be even more difficult.

I like everything about my experience except the sales person's voicemail greeting was a different person...made it confusing to know who I was speaking to. The sales person was out fa week for training...would have been nice to have that info on the voicemail.

Checked for wheel alignment, recognized that wheels were not balanced well, so they the fixed issue and now there is no shaking. Always exceptional work. And I appreciate that they clean the car at every stop.

Ken Vance's service is remarkable. I came in last week without an appointment because my tire pressure had been low for a week, but nothing obvious. They got me right in, diagnosed the issue, told me what the fix will be and how much it would be and said it would take 30 minutes. In 25 minutes I was out the door with the problem resolved for the exact price they told me it would be. Outstanding team at Vance and I highly recommend them for service or a vehicle purchase.
