We were told that we needed new tires and took our car to another place to have the tires installed. Even though we had paid for an entire diagnostic, the dealership did not find that the TPMS sensors had failed on all four tires. In the notes from the Service, it said that there were no codes and no codes pending. I called back to let them know to see if our TPS sensors were covered under our bumper-to-bumper extended warranty, they were going to check and call us back. I have been in sales all my life so I went with the most helpful & down to earth salesman….and bought a Mazda! I’ve purchased 4 Mazda’s from Chippewa Valley Mazda and have never had a bad experience. Over the years I’ve worked with different members of the staff in every department, and each person has shown incredible knowledge of their department and the products they sell.

Took my Honda Accord in for a problem with check engine & traction control lights going on. Car sounding like misfiring until driven 5+ miles. After spending nearly $4000 on repairs, the problem returned after only 10 days. Not a happy customer:( Service staff pleasant, polite, but that doesn't fix my problem:(

Tried to upsell air filter change to 130$ while only having the vehicle for 5k miles so only way that is possible is if they sold me the vehicle with an air filter already failing and couldn't replace the 20$ parts or the filter was just an upsell to make money on those who don't know how to change a simple 10$filter

As most consumers do I started shopping online. I didn’t see the vehicle I wanted due to making my search too specific. So while I went to just test drive an option I saw online I ended up finding the perfect model. The dealership was great to help me understand the hybrid options and make the ultimate decision for the right vehicle.

I was very happy with my vehicle purchase from Chippewa Valley Mazda. I traveled to the cities thinking I'd have more selection and better deals. However, Bryce was great to work with, and I found exactly what I was looking for in my price range. He helped walk me through the entire process and was patient with my questions and concerns. Also, Kyle was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful in explaining financing, breaking everything down for me so I was confident and comfortable with my purchase.

All the people I worked with were kind and communicated well. It did however take over a month to get in for service, which seemed long and forgotten about. Darren did an awesome job working on my truck and explaining what he was doing along the process.

Had front brakes replaced and they did not have the lug nuts fully tightened, the wheel was loose and could have fell off the car while I was driving home. Now the brake vibrate and have to back so they can fix them.
