All the people I worked with were kind and communicated well. It did however take over a month to get in for service, which seemed long and forgotten about. Darren did an awesome job working on my truck and explaining what he was doing along the process.

Had front brakes replaced and they did not have the lug nuts fully tightened, the wheel was loose and could have fell off the car while I was driving home. Now the brake vibrate and have to back so they can fix them.

We have purchased over $100k in vehicles in the last 5 years. You would think the employees at the dealership would at least greet us with even a little courtesy. Not one employee acknowledged our presence. Even as we looked at a new vehicle. Something is very wrong at this dealership. Service was not a bit better. Apparently we must have a been a bother to require service. At least say good morning. It’s such a little ask.

Dealing with a warranty issue from One Automotive was one of my worst consumer experiences ever. CV Mazda was not the problem. It all began with Ken Vance Automotive. Trevor did ok with his part of the process. No blame to him. However, the entire process to have my vehicle repaired took two months to the date. The warranty company was not the best in my opinion. At one point the warranty company denied my claim. I feel that Trevor went to bat and was a huge help in turning the negative to a positive and getting my truck repaired and back on the road.

Cody was pleasant to work with and professional. I was a bit surprised when I went to pick up my new purchase that the car had not been washed and the gas was low. Every car I've bought the dealer has come out to look at the car before we left, it's been washed and full tank of gas. I do appreciate that they worked with us getting all the financial records together before arrival as we had a 2 hour drive to the dealership. When we arrived, it was a smooth process to complete the transaction.

Left him an email he never responded to. They rotated my tires and left the one under inflated with the light on my dash-also did not put my valve cap back on! I was all the way in Florida before I noticed it wasn’t there, so I had to purchase some. Today I found it laying in the back of my car. They were nice while I was there but it looks like they’re sloppy too! Probably never going back, it was my mistake to go there to begin with! Not impressed!
